HEROES DROWNED
ATTEMPT TO SAVE WOMAN FROM WAVES Australian Press Assn.—United Service. Delhi, August 5. Three men and a woman were drowned while bathing at Juhu, a Bombay seaside resort. All the victims were prominent Parsees. The men lost their lives in an heroic attempt to save a woman who was overwhelmed itv a wave fifty feet from the shore. Iler husband went to the rescue in response to screams and reached his wife, but both were carried away. The others were submerged in trying to regain the shore. When the mother of one of the victims appeared, she attempted suicide by drowning.
