RECAPTURED PRISONER SENTENCED By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland. August 5. Air. Justice Ostler to-day declared William Ingram, a recaptured prisoner, an habitual criminal nnd sentenced him to three years’ hard labour on two charges of false pretences.
