PROHIBITED IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, August 1. The Ministry of Transport Order prohibiting excessive noises from motor ears comes into force to-day. Motorcar owners may be prosecuted for having insufficient silencers, screen bins brakes, rattling gear-boxes, or excessively loud horns)
