MEDICAL VIEWS IN COURT CASE. Medical opinions on Dr. Marie Stope’s latest book, "Enduring Passion, were given in the Magistrates Court yesteiday morning when the case was continued in which Norman Brown, of the firm of Richard Brown and Sons, Ltd., was charged with selling the publication. ‘ it being an indecent book." The case was brought on for hearing a week ago. but was adjourned in order to give the Magistrate an opportunity to read the work and to refer to authorities quoted by counsel. Chief Detective Lopdell prosecuted. Mr. W. B. Brown appeared for defendant. and Mr. E. P. Hay on behalf of the publishers. C. P. Putnam and Son. London. Dr. T. 11. Vulintine.
