UNDEFENDED CASES i In the Supreme Court yesterday a decree nisi was granted by Mr. Justice MacGregor in each of the following undefended petitions for divorce, on the grounds stated :—Annie May Boyens v. Victor George Clarence Boyens. mutual separation; Charles Sydney Simpson v. Hilda Rene Simpson, desertion: Frederick Thomas Shepherd v. Phyllis Ruby Shepherd, adultery ; Mary Ann Compton v. Alfred Alexander William Compton, separation; James Francis Lynch v. Nora Irene Elizabeth Lynch, adultry: William _ Alfred Dentice v. Annie Jane Dentice, desertion; Beatrice Emily Turner v. Charles Turner, mutual separation; Doris Harriett Jane Stace v. Ernest Frank Stace, mutual separation. The COurt adjourned until 10.30 a.m on Monday.
