AMENDMENT TO MOTOR BY-LAW Yet another amendment to the bylaw recently passed requiring owners of ears to have their names and addresses shown in their cars, was sub mitted to the City Council by the ByLaws Committee last night. This was that the by-law should require only the name and business address of an owner to be displayed on a motor vehicle by the use of a small card not less than"llin, x 3in. in size, the name and business address of the owner of the vehicle to be printed on same and the card placed inside the car either affixed to the dash board or steering column or in such other position so that it will lie visible for a distance of at least 3ft.” This was approved.
