MEMBERS’ OPERATION OF ACCOUNTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, July 31. The Hamilton Co-operative Rural Credits Association resolved to recommend that the Government permit members to operate on accounts with the associations as on current banking accounts. Mr. F. J. Moore, district supervisor of the Credit Association, pointed out that this amounted to establishing an agricultural bank.
