BRIAND’S CABINET Australian Press Association. Paris, July 29. The political crisis has ended. The Radicals refused to join M. Briand as supernumeraries. His Cabinet will be similar to the last, excepting for M. Poincare’s absence. A HOLIDAY CABINET (Rec. July 30, 9.15 p.m.) Paris, July 30. M. Briand describes his Ministry as a holiday Cabinet. He says he is sorry he cannot enlarge the coalition, but at any rate his Ministry has never been defeated.
