CONVERSATIONS BEGUN IN LONDON (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July 29. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. A. Henderson, received the Soviet Ambassador to France, M. Dovgalewski, at the Foreign Office this afternoon. The conversation lasted an hour and a half. The present relationship between the two countries formed the subject of a friendly exchange of opinion, and Mr. Henderson and M. Dovgalewski explained the points of view of their two Governments. The Ambassador intimate' 1 to Mr. Henderson that he would report to his Government, and said that he hoped to be in a position to resume the conversation tomorrow or on Wednesday.
