TRAFFIC CONGESTION
FRENCH PLANS FOR ELEVATED ROAD
LINKING UP PARIS, LYONS, MARSEILLES AND NICE

For the purpose of relieving traffic congestion, engineers are considering plans for the construction of a 2000mile road, elevated 75 feet, to cost fifty millions, linking Paris, Lyons, Marseilles, and Nice.
