SIR MAURICE LOW Australian Press Association. (Rec. June 18, 10.5 p.m.) Washington, June 18. Sir Maurice Low, one of the most distinguished English journalists, for many years holding the position of American correspondent of the London “Morning Post,” died at a local hospital to-day. (Sir A. Maurice Low was born in London in 1860 and educated at King’s College School, London, and in Austria. He was a correspondent in Cuba during the Spanish-American war. He was knighted in 1922. His publications include “The American People,” “Protection in the United States,” “America at Home,” “Labour Unions and British Industries," and “Woodrow Wilson.”!
