Palmerston North, June 17.
The Palmerston North Borough Conn cil decided to-night that the watershed reserve be divided into five blocks, and that separate tenders be called for the right to trap opossums for the ensuing season. All things being equal, nreference will be given to local residents. The revenue derived will be devoted toward unemployment relief works.
