FIERCE BATTLE IMMINENT REBEL KING SENDS ARMY AGAINST NADIR KHAN Australian Press Association. (Rec. May 1, 9.25 p.m.) Delhi, May 1. A fierce battle between Baccha I. Sakau and Nadir Khan is imminent. Having failed in an attempt to bribe Nadir, Baccha boldly sent an amy to meet him, leaving Kabul practically undefended. Nadir determined to fight the rebel King and enter the capital. He is advancing with a force of 6000 men to meet Baccha. Nadir has the support of his brother, Shah Mahmud, and there is the possibility of th brothers launching a frontal and flank attack, thus cutting off Baccha’s retreat to Kabul.
