X-RAY TREATMENT
PATIENT AWARDED DAMAGES Melbourne, May 1. After a nine days’ trial, judgment was entered for £5OOO against Dr. Joseph Downing for serious injuries inflicted upon John Stout, who alleged that as the result of the negligent use of X-ray treatment he was seriously burnt nnd incapacitated.
