Line have been notified by cable that the Port Victor will leave Port Kemble to-morrow for Napier, where she is due next Tuesday to commence loading for London. The vessel will subsequently load also at Walkokopii, Gisborne, Lyttelton, Plcton, and Wellington. She is due at Wellington on May 22, and will sail finally from thlk port on May 25 for London, via Montreal.

ULIMAROA IN HEAVY WEATHER. Delayed by a heavy ghle in the Tasman Sea, the Huddart, Parker Company’s intercolonial passenger steamer Ullmaroa did not arrive In the stream at Wellington from Sydney until 12.50 p.m. yesterday—about 27 hours behind' her schedule time. Pratique was granted, and the ship berthed at No. 1 north (outer tee), Queen's Wharf, at 2.18 p.m. The Ullmaroa left the wharf at Sydney at 3.15 p.m. on Friday, and cleared the Heads an hour later. The ship Immediately ran into a heavy, south-south-east-erly gale, with mountainous seas and heavy rain. 'The vessel was unable to make more than 9J knots against the gale, which changed from time to time from south-south-east to . south-south-west, but after the first day out there was very little rain, and the officers were able to take sights on two days, although the sky Was mostly overcast. On Monday afternoon six ports were stove In and portion of the starboard rail was carried away. The vessel was hove-to while ‘‘deadlights” were substituted for the broken ports. It was not until Tuesday evening that the weather began to moderate, when the ship was about 50 miles off land. The wind then changed round to the southwest. Farewell Spit was abeam at 3 o’clock yesterday morning, and the Stephens Island light was passed at 7.20 a.m. Finer weather prevailed in Cook Strait until arrival. Captain W. J. The Union Company's cargo steamer Walotapu arrived in the stream at 11.40 p.m. on Tuesday from Pacific Coast ports with case oil and general cargo. The vessel was granted pratique yesterday morning, and berthed at No. 1, south, Queen’s Wharf, to put out part cargo. The Walotapu cleared Los Angeles on April 3 lind Papeete on April 19. During the run down the Pacific fine weather prevailed until Tuesday when the ship encoutnered stormy conditions which delayed her arrival. The Walotapu will discharge the remainder of her cargo at Lyttelton, Melbourne and Sydney. Captain D. Todd is master of the Waiotapu, and his officers are:—Chief, Mr. C. Burgess; second, Mr. A. B. The liner Talnul left Timaru last night for Wellington, where she is due this afternoon, to complete her loading. The Norfolk is due at Wellington at noon to-day from Liverpool, via Auckland, to put out'part cargo. The Devon is to leave Bluff this morning for Port Chalmers to proceed with her loading. The Kamona will leave Dunedin to-mor-row for Timaru, Wellington, and Westport. The Komata is now due here on Saturday from Westport, and will return on Monday to the same port to load again for Wellington. Due here to-day from southern ports, the Kurow will leave to-morrow for Auckland. The Waipiata is to leave Auckland tomorrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Wingatui will leave Dunedin tomorrow via ports for Wellington and Auckland.
