WOMAN VENDOR FINED- • When a milk inspector paid a visit to the dairy kept by Kathleen Bardebes r®. cently, he took a sample of milk and found that it contained 13 per cent, added water. Subsequently, he took another sample and found that it contained 17 per cent, added water. The result was that she waa charged before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday with felling milk on two occasions not complying with the standard. Defendant was represented by Mr. W. E. Leicester, who entered a plea of guilty, and stated that his client was a milk, vendor in a very small way, her dally supply being about six gallons. She made only sd. a gallon on the sale.
