ESPERANTO CLUB
The weekly meeting of the Wellington Esperanto Club took place last Tuesday evenlug In the Dominion Farmers’ Institute. Mr. E. C. Jack presided. After classes an interesting programme was presented. Mr. Jack delivered an address in Esperanto on “The Forests of New Zealand.’’: Miss L. Dick presented an item in Esperanto entitled “The Marriage of the Rat." Mrs. 11. Potts read a humorous short story in Esperanto—“ The Clever Dog.” Messrs. W. T. Brown and C. McDonald were associated in a black board demonstration, and the programme was concluded by a talk by the president on “Seutauca ConstmctlMu’!
