The following resolution was passed by flic executive of the Red Cross and Order of St. John yesterday: “That this meeting of the New Zealand branch of the British Red Cross Society and Order of St. John .in conference assembled, deplores the great loss which the Dominion and the Judiciary in particular has sustained through the death of the late Chief Justice, Sir Charles Skerrett, and further desires to record its heartfelt sympathy .with bereaved. relutive&’ !
