ALLEGED SECRET PACT

DR. STRESEMANN SATISFIED (Rec. Ma/ch 4, 12.30 a.m.) London, March 3. The Foreign Ministers of the various nations arc proceeding to Geneva in readiness for the meeting of the League Council on Monday. Dr. Streseinann has left Berlin—a sign that he accepts tire assurances regarding the “Dagblad” documents, for lie had previously declared that he would not go unless the matter was cleared.
