DANGEROUS CRIMINALS ARRESTED Australian Press Association. (Rec. March 3, 11.5 p.m.) Berlin, March 2. The police have arrested Vladimir Orloff and Michael Sumarakoff, who are believed to be members of a dangerous gang of international _ document forgers suspected of forging the notorious letters accusing Senators Borah and Norris of receiving £20,000 sterling from the Soviet Government for services rendered in obtaining recognition of the Soviet by the United States. Detectives discovered two trunks full of documents in Russian, together with a number of faked rubber and metal stamps. Sumarakoff is an employee of the Soviet Embassy here.
