ACTION BY CABINET Cabinet yesterday approved the necessary financial provision for the carrying out of the extensive alterations at Rotorua which the Prime Minister recently announced would be undertaken.

Sir Joseph Ward informed a “Dominion” representative that it had been decided to invite tenders for the reconstruction of the Pavilion baths, and also for the well-known Blue Bath.
