WHERE IS TROTSKY?
UNAVAILING SEARCH (Rec. February 8, 10.45 p.m.') V London, February 8. Where is Trotsky? asks the “Daily Telegraph,” the correspondent of which searched two Russian ships on arrival from Constantinople, but found no trace of him. In the meantime there is no confirmation of his arrival in Moscow. RUSSIA MAY HAVE TO KEEP HIM (Australian Press Association.) Berlin, February 7. A plan to export Trotsky to Germany has been abandoned, according to the “Lokul Anzieger.” The Soviet, as the result of a round-up concluded that It would be better to drop the idea of an official application to the Government of the Reichstag. It may be questioned whether any country would want to house this agitator. Russia will probably have to keep him.
