QUEEN 'MOTHER OF SPAIN ! (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) Madrid, February 6. The death is announced of the Queen Mother of Spain, known as “Maria Christina the Good.” [The late Queen Mother of Spain was the widow of Alphonso XII., and was mother of the present King of Spain. She was born in Austria in 1858, being the daughter of the Archduke Charles Ferdinand and the Archduchess Elizabeth of Austria.] COURT MOURNING. f (■British Official Wireless.) Rugby, February 7, An Order has been issued from Buckingham Palace for the court to go into mourning for one week for her late Majesty Queen Marie Christine of Spain. Berlin reports the death of the Atlantic flyer Baron von Hunefeld, who, in April of last year, with Koehl as pilot and Major Fitzgerald of the Irish Free State Air.
