CARE OF ESTATES. During the week in the Supreme Court at Wellington, on the application of the. solicitor for the Public Trust Office, Mr. Justice MacGregor granted probate to the Public Trustee, the executor named, of the wills ’of: Jeremiah Charles Scanlon, late of Wellington, retired Civil servant; Thomas Lewis Saulbrey, late of Wellington, baker; John Martin, late of Bangor (Ireland),, labourer; Kenneth Alfred Dee, late of Wellington, furrier; George Peck, late of Lower Hutt, retired bailiff. Similarly, orders to administer were granted to the Public Trustee in the estates of Alice Webb, late of Wellington, widow; John Robb, late of Wellington, builder. The Public Trustee was also by the Supreme Court constituted administrator of the estates of Mary Friend Mason, late of Wellington, widow; Patrick Harry Tice, late of Woking, England, a minor; and Hugh Young Millar, late of Wellington, farm labourer.
