EXCELLENT PROGRESS MADE The work of. relaying the old tramway track in Cuba Street is proceeding rapidly, faster than anticipated, owing to the excellent state of the concrete foundations under the old track. It is expected the work will be finished in about a month, as-it is being done day and night
