An ex parte application was heard to-day in the High Court of Western Samoa, on behalf of Olaf Frederick Nelson, formerly Legislative Council.lor of Samoa, for leave to serve a summons and statement of claim out of Samoa and in New Zealand upon General Richardson, the former Administrator.
