DISPUTE OF BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY
SETTLEMENT PROTOCOL (Australian Press Assn.—United .Service.) (Rec. January 1, 8.50 p.m.) .Washington, December 31. Agreement between Bolivia and Paraguay to the terms of the protocol for the settlement of the.dispute was announced to-day at the close of a session of the . special'committee of the Pan-American Conference. The representatives of five nations, which are not yet announced, will meet in an :-effort to adjust the-differences.
