MIGRATION PROBLEMS
NEED FOR CO-ORDINATION

In the House of Commons, Mr. Amery, Dominions Secretary, in answer to a question, said that the Government was impressed with the need for strengthening the machinery of supervising and co-ordii iting the migration arrangements. Lord Lovat bad agreed to devote his whole time to the chairmanship' of the Overseas Settlement Committee. Lord Lovat had had a temporary breakdown due to the strain of his recent tour, but be hoped to recommence work in the New Year.
