WAIRARAPA HIGH SCHOOL v. SCOTS COLLEGE
Wairarapa High School commenced a cricket match with Scots College on the Kilbirnie Recreation Ground yesterday. The visitoors had the first opportunity at the wickets, and the opening batsmen, Trapp and Groves, put on 89 runs before the latter returned one to Jack after putting up a nice 42. Trapp followed 12 runs later when his score was a wellcompiled 46. Others of the side who made good scores were Ramsden 34, Uttley 24, Coombe 24, Faulkner 22, and Bundle 21.
