BREACH OF AGREEMENT

In giving judgment last week in the claim made by David Milligan, merchant tailor, against Frank William Bedford for £BOO damages for breach of contract, Mr. Justice Reed said he found that there had been a breach by defendant of the agreement not to trade while employed by* plaintiff as chief cutter. Judgment was given for £250, with costs according to scale. The plaintiff was allowed two extra days’ costs at £l5 15s. a day.
