NORTHERN DEFEAT TERRACE END. Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, December 15. Lawn tennis activities to-day were confined to Terrace End and Northern when a team from the latter club visited the Terrace End courts, defeating the home team by 14 games to 10 and 175 sets to 153.
