MONTHLY COUNCIL MEETING Carterton, November 24. The monthly meeting of the Wairarapa South County Council was held to-day, at Carterton, Councillor T. V. Moore (chairman) presiding. .... The treasurer reported a credit balance ■of £10,843 13s. 6d. in general account, and receipts since last meeting £2183 -s. 4d. Loans account was in credit 6s.' lOd.
