TO-MORROW’S CHURCH SERVICES

Bev. J. R. Blanchard, 8.A., minister of St. John’s Presbyterian Church, will preach at 11 a.m. upon “The Authority of Jesus.” and af-7 p.m. his subject will be “A Reasonable Faith for a Reasonable People.” He will also sing, as a solo, “A Wonderful Saviour.” Both services will include anthems, and will be held in the De Luxe Theatre. The preacher at both services at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, The Terrace, will be Mr. H. A. Mitchell, a student of Knox College. Both services at the Terrace Congregational Church will be conducted by Rev. E. R. Weeks, his subjects being “The Romance of the Immortal Dreamer” and “From Fear to Faitii.. “Seek Ye the Lord” will be the anthem. The Rev. R. Stewards will preach at the morning service of the Taranaki Street Methodist Church, and in the evening the pulpit will be occupied by Sister Olive. Barnaby’s “The Grace of God” will be sung as an anthem at the latter service. The Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at the Liberal Catholic Church of St. Alban, 19 Marion Street, at 11 a.m. The Rev. F. E. Harry will preach at both services in the Vivian Street Baptist Church. In the morning he will speak on “The Ideal Life of the Believer in Christ,” and a Communion service will follow. In the evening his subject will be “If Christ Came to Wellington.” At the Theosophical Society, Marion Street, at 7 p.m., Mr. E. Douglas Tayler, F.R.C.0., A.R.C.M., Supervisor of Musical Education to the New Zealand Government, will lecture on “Music in Life and Education,’’ ~ specially illustrated with gramophone selections. The subject of the address to be delivered at the Christadelphian meeting in the Victoria Hall. Adelaide Road, at 7 p.m.. will be “The Earth in Relation to God’s Plan of Salvation.” The missioner, Mr. J. Moore, will preach at both the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. services at the Sailors' Friend Society. Whitmore Street.

Special revival services will commence to-night (Saturday) at 7.30, and will continue to-morrow at 11 a.m., 3 and 7 p.m., at Bethel Temple, 191, Vivian Street.Philip Megna, an American evangelist, will be the preac'fer, and his wife will contribute solos. '
