HURLEY’S FLIGHT

—ARRIVAL AT CAIRO (United Service.) - - Cairo, November 22. Captain Hurley arrived this afternoon from Bagdad, stopping only at Rutbah, whence he had a nine hours’ battle with severe weather. All are well. Hurley was beset by head winds the whole of the way from Rutbah. He hopes to leave to-morrow, skirt the African coast, and thence cross over the Mediterranean to France. DESIGNER OF NAPIER-LION ENGINE HONOURED (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, November 22. The gold medal of the Institution of Automobile Engineers was last night presented to Captain G. S.
