TOWN ■ AND COUNTRY Mr. R. Withers, Wanganui, is visiting Wellington to attend a W.E.A. conference. Mrs. F. Darbyshire left Wanganui this week for a visit to Sydney, where she will be the guest of her sister, Mrs. Russell. Mrs. A. O. Hardy, who has been the guest of Mrs. D. Gifford Moore, Wanganui, has gone on to New Plymouth. Mrs. McLaren, Hawera, is visiting Wanganui. Rev. John Paterson, and Mrs. Paterson, Wanganui, are visiting Auckland to attend the Presbyterian General Assembly. Rev. George King, Wanganui East, Rev. Charles Watt, Westmere, and Rev. David McNeur, Fordell, are Also in Auckland to attend the Assembly.
