Although income tax has been payable for some months in Jersey, no official has been appointed to collect It. Impromptu plays have been introduced in Berlin. The audience is requested to supply the title for an imaginary play, which is at once produced, the actors and actresses improvising the plot and dialogue as it proceeds.
