ROCKEFELLER SCHOLARSHIP
HONOUR FOR DR. GOWLAND Dominion Special Service. Dunedin, November 21. Dr. W. P. Gowland, Professor of Anatomy at Otago University, has received a signal recognition of the value of his work in being awarded a travelling fellowship by the Rockefeller Institute. In order to enable him to take advantage of the award, he has been granted leave of absence for 12 months, during which he will visit the principal departments of anatomy in America and Europe.
