BODIES OF TWO DOMESTICS
FOUND (Australian Press Association.) London, November IS. Following the accidental discovery last week of the strangled body of a nineteen-.vear-old dairymaid, Sarah Coblett, in the manhole of a reservoir where it had been secreted for a month, her former employer, Robert Gill, aged 37, a well-known Cumberland farmer, committed suicide. He loft a letter to his wife, who has four children, to the police and Coroner, stating that, he was innocent, but unable to bear tlie suspicion and sciindalniongering, and was taking tlie coward’s way out. Scotland Yard is also investigating tlie murder of Annie Hatton, an eigh-teen-y ear-old domestic, who was found strangled, bound, and gagged in the kitchen of her employer’s shop in Hackney. The rooms were ransacked, but nothing stolen.
