RUSSIAN ART TREASURES
NO BAR ON SALE. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) Berlin, November 2. The Court rejected with costs the application of a number, of Russian emigres to prevent the Soviet’s sale of Russian art treasures, which were formerly Hie applicants’ property, lint were confiscated after the Bolshevik revolution. The Court held that the moral issue did not arise. The confiscation was a sovereign act by a foreign Government which Germany had recognised.
