The Vacuum Oil Company’s tanker Voco arrived at Wellington yesterday from Sen Pedro via Auckland with a cargo of bulk oil for discharge into the company s tanks at the Burnham Wharf. Captain IV. L. RUAPEHU LEAVES HOME. Cabled nows has been received by the Now Zealand Shipping Company that their liner Ruapehu, after loading at Loudon, loft Southampton on Friday for Wellington, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, Napier and New Plymouth. The vessel is due at Wellington on December 12. THE CANADIAN CONQUEROR. The Canadian Conqueror left Wellington at 5.55 p.m. on Saturday for Auckland to fill up. She is timed to sail from Auckland on Wednesday for New York, Boston and Halifax. SOMERSET LEAVES PANAMA. Cabled news has been received by the Federal Company that the Somerset arrived at Panama on October 30 from Liverpool, and sailed again on October 31 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. Tile vessel is duo at Auckland about November 25, and at Wellington a week later. .MAKURA FROM SYDNEY. The Makura, bound from Sydney to Wellington, has reported by wireless that she can be expected to arrive in the slreani at 7 o’clock this morning. She will berth at No. 1 south Queen’s Wharf shortly before 9 o’clock. The Makura Is timed to leave here again at 3 p.m. to-morrow for Rarotonga, Papeete, and San Francisco. MAURI POMARE AT LYTTELTON. Tlie Government motor-ship Maui Pomare arrived at Lyttelton at 10.40 a.m. yesterday from Niue and Apia. The vessel is due here to-inorrow and will go on to Auckland, thence to Norfolk Island. BAR GOOD AT WESTPORT. A Press Association message from Westport reports that the bar there Is now better than It has been for some considerable time. VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE. The Aorangl, from Vancouver, via Honolulu and Suva, arrived at Auckland yesterday and will sail at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Sydney, where she is due on November 10. She leaves on the return voyage on November 15. The Niagara, from Sydney, via Auckland and Suva, left Honolulu on Saturday for Vancouver, where she Is due on November 10. She will leave on the return voyage on November 14. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. The Maunganui left San Francisco on October 31 for Sydney, via Papeete, Rarotonga. and Wellington.
