COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF ATLANTIC FLEET
(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, October 31. The Admiralty announces that in accordance with the official terms of his appointment, Vice-Admiral Hon. Sir Hubert Brand will relinquish command of the Atlantic Fleet on April 17, and in consequence the King has approved the appointment of Vice-Ad-miral Sir Ernie Chatfield to be Com-mander-in-Chlef of the Atlantic Fleet, to date from April 17.
