LOCAL BODY CONTRIBU TIONS
Legislation empowering local authorities to contribute towards the Wellington Free Ambulance for the current financial year was placed before Parliament last night.
The allocations are as follow; Lower Hutt Borough Council, £2OO. Petone Borough Council, £~IO. Upper Hutt Borough Council, £lo°. Eastbourne Borough Council, £ao. Hutt County Council, £l5O. Makara County Council, £B6. Johnsonville Town B° ard ’ Wellington Harbour Board, Wellington Hospital Board, £lOOO. Wellington City Council, £5OO.
