THE PETROL TAX
REFUNDS .VALIDATED
The Finance Bill, read a first time in the House of Representatives last night, validates petrol tax refunds the claims for which were made after due date. The Bill further provides that refunds in connection with motor spirits used within the quarterly period which ended on September 30 may be allowed if the claims are made before October 31.
