RECKLESS MOTOR-DRIVER
INSURANCE MANAGER FINED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch. August 3. An echo of the Lincoln Rond motor accident, which occurred on the evening of June 26 last, was heard in the Magistrate's Court: this morning, when Kenneth Burns Bain, an insurance manager, of Christchurch, was charged before Mr. Lawry. S.M., with, negligent driving. He was fined £7 and costs. The Bench held that the speed at which he was driving was excessive. A woman was severely injured in the accident.
