LTHUANIAN TROOPS ON FRONTIER PROVOCATIVE ACTS ALLEGED (Australian Press Assn.—United Service. I (Rec. August 2, 8.40 p.m.) London, August 3 Warsaw reports state th;it the Polish Press continues the publication of movements of Lithuanian troops on the frontier, and alleges that four infantry regiments are massed in one sector and large detachments of irregulars at others, and that the Lithuanian authorities are acting provocatively by printing and distributing thousands of leaflets, assuring the population that the army of irregulars is strong enough to defend them against the attacks of the Polish armies.
