CAR TIRES DAMAGED
4 HAMILTON MAN CONVICTED. (By Telegraph.—ltress Association.) Hamilton, July 10. William James Brydon, aged 34, a Civil servant, and well known in athletic sports circles, was convicted by Mr. Patterson, S.M., this morning on a charge of stabbing tires of a motorcar owned by John Monk. Monk’s tires had been thrice previously damaged. The police set a watch when the car was parked last Friday evening, and Constable Harris gave evidence that he saw Brydon stab the tires. He found a pointed file in Brydon's car.
