4 OBSERVANCE ON SUNDAY URGED. Dominion Special . Service. Auckland, May 14. Although it was stated that returned soldiers would be strenuously opposed to the suggestion, the Wniteniata Electric Power Board passed a resolution this morning expressing tlie opinion Hint Anzae Day should lie observed in future on the Sunday near-, est to April 25. It was contended that tlie significance of Anzae Day would not lie lost if tlm proposal were carried into effect. and in addition casual labourers would not lie penalised through having to lose a day's wages.
