Mr.l A. L. Williams, who has , been on a. six weeks’ tour in Australia, is expected back in New Zealand shortly. Mr. R. Gollan, of Wellington, is a visitor to Hamilton. Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Oliver, Hawera, are visiting Wanganui: Mr. E. Fair, of Feildiug, is on a visit to New Plymouth. Mr. A. Wlmsett, of Palmerston North, received an urgent telegram on Friday summoning him to Nelson, where his father, who will attain the age of 80 years on May 28, is seriously ill. Mr. and Mrs. Benfell, Auckland, are ’visitors to Wanganui. Mr. G. Cameron, of Palmerston North, has returned from a short holiday visit to Dunedin. Messrs. J. J. G. Britland and A. J. Sligo, of Whangarei, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Britland, of Pahiatua.

Mr. S. Wilding, of Morrinsville, is staying with Mr. Brooke-Taylor, of Bainesse.

Rev. R. Stewards, minister ,of the Berhampore Baptist Church, left by tiie' Manuka on Saturday for Melbourne, where he will spbnd a month’s holiday.
