TO-DAY’S ATTRACTIONS

Some good games should be witnessed this afternoon In the Wellington Rugby Union’s Senior A championship competition. A great tussle should ensue between the two unbeaten teams, Old Boys and Oriental, at Athletic Park. Both teams have good sides this season, and some bright Rugby should be provided. Curtain-raisers will be supplied at Athletic Park at 1.30 by Petone A v.‘ Poneke (fifth grade) and Wellington v. Oriental (sixth grade). Berhampore and Athletic will supply the entertainment at Newtown Park, and the former will have their work cut out to hold the Blue and Blacks, who have a well-balanced fifteen. University will meet Wellington at Prince of Wales Park, and Poneke, who have an unbeaten record this season, should draw a good crowd at Eastbourne. Followers of the game at Petone will be well catered for, as Marlst, who showed improved form last Saturday, will meet the Petone fifteen on the Oval. • TEAMS FOR TODAYS The following teams have been selected to represent their clubs in matches today:— ATHLETIC.
