Billington, £l. costs Bs.; New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. Distributing Co.. Ltd., v. R. O. Barrett, £24 13s. 4d.. costs £2. George Harding was ordered to nay the K. and H. Butcher-- Coy. £4 Bs. 4(1. forthwith, in default five days’ imprison ment. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., seemed an' order no-ninst R Morris for the payment forthwith of £1 155., two days’ imprisonment being offered as an alternative.
