MASTERTON BUSINESS. Masterton, March 22. A sitting of the Magistrate’s Court wag held before Mr. 8. L. P. Free, S.M., this morning, when civil business was conducted. Judgment for plaintiff by default was entered in each of tho following undefended cases.—C. G. Suminerill v. P. Butler, £l5, costs £2 18s.; Robertson and Permain v. P. Butler, £2 Us. 9d.. costs £1 7s. 6(1.: Now Zealand Farmers’ Co-op. Distributing Co., Lid., v. I’. TTnoata, £1 6s. lid., costs 16s. 6d.; W F. Shaw v. R. F. Billington, £l. costs Bs.; New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. Distributing Co.. Ltd., v. R. O. Barrett, £24 13s. 4d.. costs £2. George Harding was ordered to nay the K. and H. Butcher-- Coy. £4 Bs. 4(1. forthwith, in default five days’ imprison ment. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., seemed an' order no-ninst R Morris for the payment forthwith of £1 155., two days’ imprisonment being offered as an alternative.
